The building fa\u00e7ade consists of precast, whole brick, with punched windows and a mansard roof. It also features a methane mitigation system that vents vertically through the building. The new facility houses offices, clinic and lab space, an IT\/server room, and expansion space, as well as space to function as emergency and evacuation facilities.
