The 10-story square frame with two residential towers bridged by a multi-use platform is prominently located on Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood. With multi-level terraces and a central flexible outdoor room, the mixed use building brings the diversity of the campus into one urban site with residence halls, special instructional classrooms, offices, retail space and parking.
