The project included the seismic upgrade and partial demolition of the adjacent parking structure.<\/p>\n<p>650 Newport Center Drive is LEED Silver certified.<\/p>\n<p>Hathaway Dinwiddie completed preconstruction and general contracting services for 520 Newport Center Drive, a Class A, 20-story office tower totaling 350,000 SF. The exterior is a travertine curtainwall with punched windows.
